Our server did encourage us to visit the secret garden on our way out, and I’m incredibly grateful that she did. We adjusted to it and were barely bothered by the end of our visit. I expected to have just a tad more privacy. We have had these reservations for several weeks. My only complaint would be how close our seats were to the table beside us. The Chocotorta was really just OK, but we both were incredibly impressed with the Bananas and Chocolates.Įven in a good review, I try to share the good the bad and the ugly. I also tried the “Rich Girl” and was not a fan at all, but I think that’s possibly just personal preference. It was possibly the best cocktail that I have ever had. I had the “All She Wrote” cocktail, and I was already craving another on the way home. The table was small, but it was kept clean each time a new dish or cocktail was delivered, so we managed just fine. I thought it was just what you would expect. We are celebrating 20 years of marriage, so we certainly would not have appreciated excessive volumes. We didn’t think it was too loud although I have heard others complain of the noise. She gets 5 stars for sure! I think her name was Kelly. She was helpful and attentive, but she didn’t hover. We were welcomed and made to feel at home. I would say it lived up to the hype even though I’m certain that my husband and I do not match up to the target audience.
